Project and email enquiries

When you select Send enquiry, the contact details and project summary you enter are submitted through our Cloudflare-hosted website and passed to our email delivery service for sending to our Zoho Mail business mailbox. We use your name, email address, project country or region, message and any optional details you provide to review and respond to your request and discuss the requested work. You can also contact us directly at contact@urbanhydroresilience.com.

Submission confirmation

A successful form submission displays a reference on this website. It means your enquiry has been accepted for processing; it does not guarantee delivery to an inbox. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email to you, accept file attachments or add your details to a marketing list.

Storage and service providers

The website backend does not persist the body of your enquiry in a website database. Email delivery and mailbox providers may process and retain your message under their service policies. Received enquiries and correspondence are retained in our business mailbox as needed to respond and manage the requested work. We use minimal technical records, such as a submission reference, time, processing status and temporary abuse-prevention data, to support reliable delivery and reduce duplicate or abusive submissions. The enquiry form is not connected to a customer relationship management system.

Website security and browser data

Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile verification to help prevent automated spam. These services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser or device signals and request information, for security and service operation. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers, and this form does not store your message in browser storage. Unsent form entries are kept in the current page; please avoid refreshing if you need to preserve them.

Sensitive project information

Do not include detailed pipe networks, critical facility information, confidential models or personal data about third parties in an initial enquiry. Data exchange arrangements and any confidentiality requirements should be agreed separately through an authorized channel.

Questions, corrections and deletion

For questions about how your enquiry is handled, or to request correction or deletion of the information you provided, contact contact@urbanhydroresilience.com. Include your submission reference, if available, so we can locate the relevant enquiry.
